No serial number for Daz?

Hello, I just referred a friend to Daz, and she "bought" DS4 (free but got in the cart, checked out, got the confirmation, etc) but hasn't gotten a serial code by email and not in her account under serial codes. When will she get it, and by what means?

Thanks. I remember getting mine almost instantly so thought I should ask. :)

    Did she get the download as a zip file? If so the serial number is supposed to be in the readme.

    Yes because nowadays you don't go through the store to download it, you get a direct download link,
