Skin rendering pores,freckles,moles,pimples etc help

I need help figuring out how to bring out the skin in the genesis models male or female because I don't want to resort in money for skin textures because I been told they're programs that can help the quality of the model or scene out there.

    Whatever program you use the quality of the skin texture will matter, the better details and quality the better the result.
    You also need to have the surface settings set up correctly and your render settings set up.
    Lighting is also important.
    Which program are you planning on rendering in?
    Which textures are you using?

    Its a combination of good lighting, good bump setting, and good displacement settings.
