DAZ 4.6 to iClone

I 'am a complete newbee to DAZ and I have a problem transfering from DAZ 4.6 to iClone everytime I try iClone crashes I have been in touch with iClone support and they keep telling to do below.

Did you set the timeline in DAZ at a value of 1FPS before applying the Duf file?

After that, if you deselect the "Subdivisions" options it will prevent 3DXchange from crashing when opening the FBX file.

The problem I have I 'am not to sure were to look to complete the tasks can anyone help please.
