Tshirt Model Issue Help Please

Hi, I made a basic tshirt model for GF2 and it showing white places in the front when I render it. Was wondering if someone could advice what tool to get those out. I assume smoothing but I'm not sure how to go about it. If you could point me in the right direction then I can look for tutors.

    I think those are just specular highlights. Turn the specular color to black and the glossiness to 50% or so in the Surfaces tab and they should be gone.
