How to LOCK every slider?

Hi there,

When I export a character to FBX some of my sliders jump back to defaults. WHY? and How can I stop these?

I'v noticed that if I lock them it stays...

Q: Is there an easy or Global way to lock all these settings at once?

or is there a setting to simply stop it from happening?
