[Released] Oso Furries: Pugman for Genesis 8 Male

Excited to bring you... https://www.daz3d.com/oso-furries-pugman-for-genesis-8-male

There are presets for characters that look like pugs, boston terriers, and french bulldogs.

The head and body are separate morphs (no geografts), allowing flexibility with mixing with other shapes. Clothes fit easily, even give the guy a beard!

Please share some of your fun renders, I'd love to see what people do with it.

Here's an example of how well beards and hair can follow the head morph

  • So, we have pugsley and pug man for G8M. Any chance we’ll get that Pug for Dog 8?

PS. Pugman was an easy buy for me!

    Glad to hear it!

If people want to play around with it, you can change the masking between fur colors (diffuse overlay weight) to create different patterns.

Any tips on how I can get the fur to look more... furry? Do I need to purchase a special shader/plugin or something? Also, mind if I ask what you used to make the beard? Thanks!

I was expecting a promo using the Oso fur shader.  It must not create the right look for this project.

Making the fur look more furry, could try some other product with fur, or experiment with Oso fur.

I considered using Oso fur but wasn’t really happy with the results, and felt short pug fur was reasonably doable as texture.

The Beard is the great and wonderful CC Beard Boss, my favorite facial hair product.
