'Grim Reaper'-Style hooded Cloak For Genesis

There does exist a hooded cloak for Genesis, but it doesn't seem to close up along the front and is, structurally, more along the lines of a superhero cape. With all the versatility of the Genesis figure, I'd love to have a full-length hooded cloak for sinister or mystical characters (especially if there's ever a Genesis-compatible skeleton).

Possible option ideas:
* An ability to replace the hood with a Dracula-style, triangular up-turned collar.
* A roped 'belt' which can be turned on or off, to convert it into a monk-like (or, conversely, cenobite-like) outfit.

The really good cloaks are going to be dynamic. For DS, you'd need Optitex's dynamic clothing control plugin to take full advantage.
