So the page for the third one refers to another package by the same artist, and the Nvidia MDL library. I downloaded and installed both, and still, everything just renders as white. I'm really bummed, since that had a lot of things that I've been really looking for, so hopefully you can figure out how to get it working.

As for RenderGuy's shaders, here are a few of them, tested out on a G8F because no YOU have problems.

Did you follow ALL the steps in the Readme (INSTALL.txt)? Sorry for asking, but ... it happens.

Yeah I think its a bit too much. But I saw someone recreated GON from the same game here in DAZ. That's why I asked if there is a female counterpart of the NPC in the game.

This is a very good rendition of outfit and it resembles the in game clothing pretty much.

You downloaded the MCDLabs_vMaterials - Design v1-5.zip - inside, you find a Content folder. Inside the content folder, there is a Install.txt, which tells you to follow these steps:

Step 1:
Download and install "nvidia_vmaterials_v1.5.exe" from here:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/design-visualization/technologies/vmaterials/

It will by default install to:
C:\Users\<youraccountname>\Documents\mdl\

You need to open the "Shader Mixer" Pane.
In that pane click on Edit > MDL Directory Manager
select "Base Paths" and then "ADD" a Directory.
Select the directory above. click "Accept"

NOTE: These will NOT work if you do not add the additional mdl directory. The mdl files included in DAZStudio are diferent than these ones, These are maintained by NVidea and abide by thier standards.

Step 2:
Install the contents of this zip file into your DAZ Studio Library.

Thanks, it would be useful in future, but for now i'm more looking for the ones which can hide the whole figure in it, so you only see part of face and boots. Maybe it's more "robes" than cloak, not sure which is better word.

I am searching for a couple of items, firstly, a merkaba star, an eight-pointed star in 3D, used as a summon item in Fate:Grand Order and secondly, anyone know where I can find a Chocobo model? Something akin to the chocobo from Final Fantasy XIV?

I have the Darkseal Kiwi, but it is too cartoony for what I am going for. Greatly appreciate any replies.

For the star I found several tutorials for making one at ShareCG. One of the tutorials was for Blender and Blender is free and you can create an obj in Blender. Did not know if you were capable of doing something like that. I found the tutorials by searching on "merkaba star", if you want to try your hand at some modeling.

Thank you. With a little adapting I might be able to get that to work.

If anyone is still in the know of other Chocobo models, I am still open to further suggestions!

Making my own star is just out of my time schedule right now (new bub plus being back at work in between means time is limited).

I have been scouring the internets for some free eyeliner but for the life of me I can't find any. I tried using the eyeliner for a free daz character i downloaded, but that just changes the whole face rather than just the eyes. I'd love to have a few simple eyeliner options to play with. Any makeup suggestions also welcome.

The thing is, DS and Poser paint materials by material zone:  all but a very few figures integrate the eyelid area into the face's material zone.  What you'll need, then, is an overlay (in DS you're looking for an LIE Preset) to add to your existing selected textures.
