Carrara 8.5 and "Genesis 2 Male"

Two questions:

1) According to the patch notes, Carrara is compatible with "Genesis 2 Female", but what about "Genesis 2 Male"?
2) Can I apply Genesis 1 clothing on Genesis 2 figures?

    Genesis 2 Male is not yet available, but I am sure that it will be compatible as it will use the same underlying technology as G2F, just a different base shape and morph set.

    I believe there is an issue with Auto-fitting from Genesis to G2F. It works with earlier generations, but not (yet) from Genesis to G2F.

    Just to add that Genesis clothes can be fitted to G2F in DAZ Studio, so you could look at fitting there and then exporting to Carrara.
