Trying to match a fantasy tunic design

Hello all,

I've been searching for a tunic that comes close to matching the gorgeous design Bayard Wu did for the cover of The Martyr's Tears, but I haven't had success.  Has anyone seen anything similar to the red tunic in the attached image?  There must be something close, I am just not sure how to search for it.
