That's the time to chime in with hot air.
"Journey to Babel", McCoy feels rather pleased with himself after "shushing" both Kirk and Spock who are recovering in sickbay in the final moments of the episode. Arguably breaking the "fourth wall", he openly brags that he "...finally got the last word."
