Is "Genesis Starter Essentials" needed to use M5 & V5 in Carrara?

I know Carrara 8.5 PRO comes with Michael 5 and Victoria 5 Pro Bundles.
Does one need to download "Genesis Starter Essentials" from Daz Studio Package to use them in Carrara?
