Photo facial editor

Hello,
I am a newbie and was wondering if there is a way to change a Genesis character's head with a photo (as can be done in iclone.) On the iclone forum one mentioned that there may be a photo facial editor plugin to do this. I would like to create a Genesis character and export it to iclone with iclone 3d exchange 5 pro and use the Genesis character in iclone animations.
