Why haven't fast grab items changed since Tuesday?

Edit: changed parts of post since weekend fastgrab has finally been executed.

This greatly annoyed me. Why was it that the same 3 items were the only ones on sale from Tuesday to Thursday?
They're supposed to change every 24 hours except on 4-day weekends....
Shouldn't the Fastgrab caption be changed if it's only going to be updated bi-weekly?
