Install manager can't find my account

Hi,
I upgraded the install manager and I'm unable to connect to my account. The program tells me to check my password, etc. I tried downloading by launching the program from my desktop, and I also tried downloading from the Daz site under my accounts, but I get the same message. I even re-started my computer after I upgraded.

    Open DIM, open the Gear icon. Select Accounts. Hit Plus at bottom right, add your info just as you log in to DAZ Studio main shop page. Then select the OLD account, it should Highlight, now use Minus on it. Click Accept. EXIT DIM, reboot PC and try dim clean after reboot.
