I've just bought this model to use in Daz Studio and wondered how would I go about changing the eyes
to be more human shaped.

    Does it come supplied with any morphs for the eyes? Select the head of the model, and see what morphs there are.

    If not, you would need to make them yourself in Hexagon or ZBrush or Blender or similar program.

    Thanks for the response.

    The only morphs are for certain parts of the head and whether the eyes are closed or open.

    So as you say it would seem that editing in the programs you mentioned is the only way.
