Nice one, you are getting lots of mileage out of those game models!

...sweet.  Agree with Robert on the quality of the likeness.

Yes I am.  They are a pain in the butt to work with compared to Daz models.  However, if you can’t find Daz assists to do the job, they are pretty awesome.

  • Rey V4 Sasha (weight mapped)- Poser 11 Pro, Superfly ray trace. Skin SSS is from Ezskin3 with Bopperthijis' cycles skin-with a little node tinkering to taste. I think it's my first post on this thread since 2013. I took a long break after "Posering" since 1997. I must say I am impressed with the skin rendering possible in Poser and Daz these days!

Thanks! I just realized I started this thread-way back in 2013. Thanks for keeping it going!

Kanan Jarrus.  Not the best model.  But I did the best I could with it,

    Kanan Jarrus by tkdrobert

  • OK-here is a yet to happen spat between Rey and Kylo. He helped her make his style saber-and he is having a fit that she picked a blue crystal! Again, Poser Pro11 V4- Sasha16 (a free fully weight mapped V4-really fine bending), I am using Cycles Skin shaders (modified from "BopperThijis"). I wanted to get reflections of the Light Sabers in the eyes-and some "ear" SSS so I changed some of the node set ups.

Cool! Looks like a book cover! Star Wars meets DC comics. I read most of the "Legendary" books but don't remember that character. Part of your own series?

Jyn Erso! I was sad that they ended her story so soon. Great character!

Kanan is from the Star Wars Rebels cartoon.  Very good series.

This is my reinterpretation of Kyle Katarn and Jan Orrs from the Dark Forces games.  Those games are still my favorite Star Wars Games with Tie Fighter vs X-wing and Knights of the Old Republic next in line.

  • Very nice indeed! I recall Dark Forces-long ago. SW Knights of the Old Republic is still a favorite of mine as well. Kyle Kartarn and Jan Orrs. Lovely illustration!!! One question. I notice my posts are postage stamp size until clicked on. Is there a setting to get larger previews?

  • Jyn at the beach.  Poser 11. Not sure why it's a small preview.

Paste the image into the body of your post.  Then double click on the image and you can set the preview size.

I really enjoyed the Dark Horse series staring Cade Skywalker and the New Sith Empire with characters such as Darth Talon.  Those Sith characters are the inspiration for Darth Eris (Darth Maul was obvious their inspiration).  Eris is the Greek goddess of strife and discord.  An appropriate Sith name for our current times, don't you think?

  • Does anyone know of a Episode 4  Leia like dress for any of the generations?  I find it so hard to believe no one has created one in all these years. I have seen a couple , though they were custom made just by the artist and not for distabution.

Unfortunanly, no I haven't found any of her dresses for Poser for Daz.  No belt either.
