Hello ladies and gents, I have all my content all over thee place and was wondering if I can try to organize them by creating folders and moving categories into them. For instance, could I make a V4 folder and move all the clothing into this folder without messing the location?
All help is greatly appreciated.

If you mean within DAZ Studio's Content Library pane, then yes. Right-click on a category and select "create a sub-category" from the context menu. Right click on a content thumbnail or selected range of thumbnails and select Categorize from the mouse menu, then browse to where you want to put them. You can move them around without loosing them, DS still knows to look for them wherever your content mappings, which you aren't changing, tell it to look.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this, can you clarify?

Yes, you can categorize both Poser-format and DS-format content.

An alternate method of organizing content - http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/2460/#32068

Works for both Poser and DS content

In case you need it, this will help you understand the Poser folder structure - http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/5436/
