South American Slum Style Buildings or Streets?

I just watched the movie "City of God" (again) and thought of making a similar scene. Is there any restaurant, bar or buildings or street scenes with a bit "poor dirty slums like" appearance to position some criminal youths in it? Most 3d products are just too nice and clean and from northern environments, some good products show life wear, but I need even more grime than usually seen.
Edit: I searched a bit but found nothing. A possibility for at least a slightly appropiate surrounding could be a combination of some sets, Cuban Patio, Shanty Town, Derelict Corners, Dirty Little Streets, The Alley or such. Quite expensive.
Do you have better alternatives?

Thanks a lot, I missed that. Not South American but really rugged and till now the best bet. Seems to be rather old but Stonemason usually always made really good stuff. I assume that the texture quality for close pics is ok?
I haven't tested it in Iray, and only fired it up a few times since buying it, but I remember it looking pretty good.
Check over at renderosity for vanishing point and their shanty buildings, there are 5 sets for DAZ studio
This will get you started https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/shanty-town-buildings-2-set-1-for-daz-studio-/121881/
Really cool, thank you. After looking a bit more into the actual architecture in slums or nearby I think one could also use this https://www.daz3d.com/stonemasons-urban-bundle-2 to good effect, in addition to the shanty town buildings.
