Victoria 6 and Genesis, are they in the smart content tab?

The tittle says it all. I can see most of the files for generation 6 in the content tab to the right but not in the smart content. Is there a possible way to see them in the smart tab? Also I have the loading dock file not appearing. Help please. Thanks in advance
