What do you mean exactly by GUI skin??

think she means user interface 

for example like make it look like DAZ studio so it appeals to them or like Blender so nobody can use it

(I like it as it is but sliders for motion tab parameters could be useful)

main thing i want to do is undock the library tray and slide it to a side monitor.
undock the parameters tab to use all my vertical monitor space
the camera tool on the tool bar, i constantly get stuck cycling thru the 3 options, would rather 3 separate controls.

cosmetic stuff to spruce up the interface

yes, sliders for translate, rotate

and find on the instant tab doesnt work for me

No, unfortunately, SDK gives no access to this part of Carrara. We would need the full source of Carrara core to do that.
