Daz 4.6 and Win8 64 Not working for me

Trying to run 4.6 but it will not launch

The Procedure enterty point
?put_lastRecID@QueryResult@vsql@fbl@@QEAAXI@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library

Anyone have a fix?

    Is the DAZ Content Management Service installed and running?

    Thanks for the reply but I figured it out, I guess you have to install Daz on the C: drive that's all it took.

    I want to install to a different drive than C but I am having problems any advice
