Relocating DAZ content

Hi.
I've finally installed Windows 7 and want to start using the lates DS there. I have my content database on the WinXP partition and the new DS on the Win7 partition. What's the easiest and most effective way to transfer the content? I have not learned to use the new smart content system, so far I've used the traditional way and created my own categories and sub catgeories.
