set up rules so objects dont pass through each other?

Is it possible to set up a scene where for example the wings of my vulture character do not go through the ground when he lands?
some kind of simple AI or rule sets
cheers

That is usually known as 'collision detection', and DAZ Studio does not have that, except for fitting clothing items.
ok pity. thanks for the info. another question. how do I instance an entire stonemason environment set? is this possible? I want to create a massive city scape.
cheers
Create>New Instance. If it's multiple items you may ned to export as OBJ, then import that (using the same preset) and copy the materials across before instancing (though ti would probably be best to instance only the bigger units, and then add smaller items to the near elements to individualise them).
alrighty then. thanks!
