Hair favor

Can I ask a favor? Even though I've been messing with Carrara for a while, I don't yet have he skill to make a strand based hair similar to this https://www.daz3d.com/hair/long/stalker-girl-hair My G2F character wears her hair like that wih a ponytail and frings to he side. I want to use Philomot's plugin to make a mesh version.

 

If anyone's up to it, I'd appreciate it.
