Well, this exists: https://www.daz3d.com/legacy-uvs-for-genesis-8-victoria-4
However, V4 for G3M would be a really niche market with fairly little interest, so it may not be profitable enough to develop for G3M.
The other alternative is to get something like Texture Transformer 2 from Renderosity to rewrite the maps. There's also a method somewhere in the forum for using Blender and other free tools to do it, which requires far more knowledge of things than I posess.
@vwrangler
But V4 for only Genesis 8 female, I already own this product.
I don't mean to do it alone but it would be nice if a product could include this feature.
About Texture Transformer 2, Victoria 4.2 to Genesis 2/3 Female it seems to be impossible to convert to male.
Is a texture converter able to convert V4 male Anatomical Elements (M3 genital) ?
There is also a V4 for Genesis 3 Female

Alternatively , if you transfer the maps to the base female UV then you could use a UV swap product to have G3M wear the female skin

You could use Genesis 1 and Map transfer to convert the textures from V4 UVs to M4 UVs, then use the M4 legacy UVs for G3M or G8M. That won't help for the genitals though.
You'll probably have to do some hunting for the freebie, but here is the thread, but this person did a remap of the Genesis 1 genitals to accept the M3 gens. You would need to try to map transfer that to the genesis base and try to apply that to whatever solution you will use. It will require some photoshopping work to clean it up, but i did manage to get Jinn and the gens textures useable on Genesis 2 after using map transfer to the M4 UV.
If you can't find the files, your only solution would be to use the M3 gens and parent them or find one of the freebie gens floating around that can take M3 textures.
@vwrangler @Redz @Leana @"Male-M3dia" Okay, thank you for your help.
I think I will use a M4 conversion without the anatomy elements.
@Leana you made me discover the Map Transfer, thank you very much !
I believe once you have V4 textures transferred to G3F & G8F then you could use Slosh's UV Swapper for G3 & G8 if your attempt to create a direct texture mapping to the G3M / G8M model UVs.
@nonesuch00 Sure it can be another way. Thank you.
