Flight at Sunset - Rendered in Vue Complete. I modeled the airship some parts in Grobto3D and some in Hexagon3D. I used Hexagon to put the individual parts together. 3DCoat was used for uvmapping and texturing. Postwork was done using Photoshop & ArtRage.

Airship Over Future City - Same airship model as I used above. Airship Over Future City - A digital illustration I created influenced by my youthufl times spent reading "Heavy Metal" and other sci-fi/fantasy comic books. A steam powered airship flies over a distant, future city in dystopian world.

This thread is getting great. Love that above and the Star Trek ode is dope from the previous page.

Wow! That is a gorgeous colour palette with a very painterly finish. The stuff of great sci-fi book covers of years past.

I liked this render so much I popped over to your gallery to give it a like - then hung out and liked some other renders while I was there.

A spaceship is desperately trying to change a space freighter's angle as they both enter Earth's atmosphere. The freighter is falling apart already and is projected to crush on a land. The spaceship is trying to change its angle so that it will fall onto sea instead.

The other ship is just watching as it's too late to assist.

Modelled in Blender. Made in 2016, I think.

Great render and concept.  I'd hate to see the moment just after this...

    Great models and special effects.

I like the SpidySpeeder - nice serene scene.

Of your two airship renders, I like this one the best.  Beautiful scene.

Here's some of mine. Most of my renders are fantasy, but here's some of my sci-fi:

    Dominator

I used a NASA pic from the Hubble telescope as the background and put it into DigiValut Stardomes.  Rendered in Daz Studio, 3Delight.

Here it is with Nix Filters in Photoshop:

Very cool.  Those Hubble pics come in handy don't they?  I've used them a couple of times.
