The tale:

Thirteen-year-old Shy tried to stay awake just like the adults on New Year's Eve instead of going to sleep for a few hours first. But just 3 minutes after the New Year's kisses & wishes she fell asleep on the couch. "It looks like she's kinda exhausted Eddie!" her (single) mom Re'hana said to Shy's friend from school who just sat down. Uncle Tyrese is tapping the window and shouts "Come on Shy, come look outside!" One of the neighbours just passes by and waves to Re'hana...

(Based on a true story and event.)

MandM what you do is attach the image as you have done. Then post. Click on the image and copy the url for the image page. Go back into edit mode. Place cursor where you want to insert the image and then go up to the edit bar and look for the picture image. A box will open and you put the url in the url box. Click okay and save your comment.

Exactly as Dollygirl said, MandM, except - the forums are formatted to only allow images to be placed within posts that are formatted to be no more than 800 pixels wide. Your uploaded image is actually 3840 x 2160 pixels, and therefore must be reduced to place it as an image within your post. That is done within the same dialogue that Dollygirl referenced by entering 800 within the Width dialogue box on the left prior to clicking OK. The image will then be automatically resized to fit (down to 800 x 450 pixels - don't mess with the proportions or it will appear distorted). Those wishing to see your image in its full size glory may still do so by clicking on the thumbnail instead.
