restore content or runtime

this is the message I'm getting this folder dose not contain a valid runtime now I can't use my ojects and textures and scenes what do I do please....... help

Was this a runtime that worked before? Have you recently installed anything that could have altered the folder structure?

If this is your first time adding a runtime, you need to select the folder directly ABOVE the folder called runtime. In otherwords, "runtime" should be inside the folder you are selecting....
