How do i make a char that can look like this. I have pwtoons but i cant get the desired results. Is there anyway i can make it look like that

    Crescent celshaders are a presets for pwtoon. It is free, and results are more nice than default pwtoon. Bishounentaurus' Visual Style Shaders maybe. In the image and example of pwtoon with crescent.

    I'm sure there is a highlighted toon shader for hair, but I'm unable to remmember where, or if it is free or not.
