ah ha! Hey, I've lost track of time and space - do you have something that will place a ..something's top surface a given (inputted) distance from the floor? click input and apply?

i have 2 or 3 scripts to place things on top or under something, one uses the bounding box one used the mcjcollider plugin for PC only

maybe this, if you parent your object to a null node 5cm below or above the bottom of your object's low point then drop it to floor or terrain
