Question about Creating Dynamic Dress with QuickDress in Poser?

I saw the tutorial on Morphography's site on how to create dynamic cloth on the QuickDress I downloaded through Morphography., But i'd got to ask, am I required to set up the QuickDress in the Setup room first and afterwards save it in my library as a .cr2 file and then add the .cr2 file to my figure before i create the dynamic dress in the cloth room?

poser clothroom items are saved as OBJ props so  PP2  not CR2

I don't know the tutorial, but you're not required to rig the dress using the Setup room in order to make it into a dynamic one. You should be able to go straight to the Cloth Room with it.
