I want to thank both Ali for modeling this hair and Thalek for alerting me to the product. Thank you, both!

I had hoped it would look good; I didn't realize it would look that good. Nice work, Bill, and kudos to Ali for the hair and the nearly-instantaneous morph update!

    Ok.

Before until I get a chance to address it, I would suggest converting all maps to JPG and making the changes in the PP2.

See this tut for changing the file paths if you need to - http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/5436/

You can open a pp2 file in any text editor.

i did, saw nothing that said png so close and left it alone as above my capabilities lol

    yup... its the PNG files.

Convert all PNG to JPEG & delete the PNGs

Open the PP2 in Wordpad and hit "Ctrl+H"

Type ".png" (without quotes) in the first field

Type ".jpg" in the second field

    Choose "Replace All"

When done, hit cancel in the same window and save the file.

Repack and reinstall. SHould no longer crash.

I will pu this on the "To be fixed list".

I have to get some work dow yet today but I will have another ship uploaded to F3D later.

I was playing with the New Adventures suit and hit on a color combo I like. I think it combines the looks of all the different ST eras.

the V4 shirt version is available free at renderosity, btw.

I applied the same look for the M4 version, with added colors for Security (green) Medical (pale green) and Cadet/Trainee (Gray with shoulder stripe for acting division)

I think the white and the color of the tunic makes it less severe and military looking.

Yep, that's how I learned of the New Adventures Uniform. I like how the boots look more like Nike's than boots. :)
Also, is this just from playing with the colors or a new texture?

I'm planning to make these for my own comic, soon.

Btw, anyone has a bridge that matches, or at least close to matches, the bridges of the Stargazer and the Hatheway?

The Stargazer's bridge was a re-use of the ST:TMP bridge- the only other bridge set Paramount had at the time. If you can find the model of the ST:II bridge, it's the same just different graphics.
