Can someone make an angler fish model? You know, one of these things: 

The little antenna thingy lights up to attract other fishes.

Both of those are a little...weird looking. But thanks for the heads up. If no one makes one, I'll just put the time in and model it myself in Blender, but I dream of a Daz figure all rigged and ready to go.

I don't use Blender so can't judge how easy it is to use for such a model - it sounds as though you will know how to go about it.

Even so, I can't help thinking how much the image you showed looks like things I made when I first tried Sculptris.  Depending on how easy Blender is for you or how its sculpting tools work, you may wish to try Sculptris as an alternative.  The mesh won't have good topology with Sculptris but the rig might be simple enough to get away with it.
