I recently downloaded Greek and Trojan warriors for use with Michael 3.0 base. If its meant for 3.0 ill it work with Michael 5?

You need Generation X and the Generation 3 Iconic shapes

Baring that, you have to convert it by hand in a modeller.

It's a pose set, so you don't need GenX, but the poses will need some adjustment, as the Gen 3 and Genesis skeletons are different.
