And if so  open LIE and find the layer and offset it. Be aware if there is layers in more images they should be offset the same values.

yes, it is exactly as felis said and explained. Thank you felis.

It uses LIE and you can do so with the offset. 

Copied from the product page: 
 " ... 4 channels used by wound and blood presets (Base Color, Translucency Color, Glossy Color and Top Coat Color).  Of course, you can always also use the Layered Image Editor to exactly adjust the position of your wounds and blood layers ..."

But as felis said, you need to change the offset of all 4 channels to the same values in LIE Editor. 

Basic flipping can be done with the provided editor script.
