That looks really nice! I like different sets/locations and this will give folks a chance to make some sweet music renders!

Looks really nice! Missing a couple of things to make it usable. a chair for the engineer, never seen one that didn't sit on his butt while you were doing the work, LOL. Mic stands and mics. Will have to pick this up as i can see lots of uses for it being an ex musician.

i do intend doing a musician friendly pack at some point that will go nice with it the way my brain works though i needed to put a couple projects in between though

Um, as someone who's been directing audio for nearly thirty years, there a couple of big problems that I see, though fortunately all can be fixed.  First and foremost, is there supposed to be glass directly behind the mixing board?  In your sample illos I can't see a frame on the side of the wall opposite the door and there's not even a break in the sonex.  And without that double glass what you have is a rehearsal space, not a sound studio.  If that wall/door is a seperate element though, that can be fixed pretty easily just by doubling it, as there really shoud be a double door as well.  Next - florescents are bad news in general (they're a major source of hum and interferance), though a lot of studios that are built in existing spaces just put a couple of torchiere lamps in the corners and shut off the overheads while recording.  And if you want to make it a modern studio, it's been better than 15 years since I've been in a studio anywhere that wasn't configured around a Pro Tools or Adobe rig and set up for surround... monitor, computer, track ball or mouse, keyboard, etc., and one can assume the compressor and d/as are buried somewhere in the machine rack. The big board's are getting to be an anachronism as well, but a lot of studios keep them around for show.

And in addition the the mics and mic stands others have noted, you need cables, especially since you've gone to the effort of modeling XLR junction boxes.  .

Nice job here Serum. Yeah, so it lacks a couple of small details. I say so what :) This is really cool and anyone who's going to set up an act recording in it will be pretty willing to add a couple of panes. I use to work for many years in radio and sound, so what ever that's worth, I don't think there are enough studio sets available. You have the basics here and it's nice to see that void filled. Great product. Soon as I got some bucks, it's going in my cart.

Props on finding a new niche to design for. This looks almost like the mastering studio where my last album was mastered.
