and are available to opportunistic artist.

Old style sailing ships :)

I know there's a couple in the store and I picked up 1 of them but the textures don't look at all good close up, the only part of the ship that is rigged are the sails and those only have 3 settings; full, half mast, and closed. None of the doors open, the sails don't turn, the cannons below deck are incomplete, the ships wheel is in an odd place between 2 levels which isn't even tall enough to fit a character between, etc.

It's good for distant shots, but a variety of fully rigged ships for stories around that time period are needed.

These have been mentioned before, but worth repeating: 

• babies! 
• new dogs
• new cats
• new horse
• climbing gear and poses
• cliff diving and poses (lots of extreme sports that could be explored)
• landscapes with plains and prairies (we have tons of mountains, but very few grasslands and flatlands)
• Iray updates for older, very good content. Doesn't have to be the original artist who did them, but how about some Iray updates to old StoneMason sets, as well as other classics? Plenty of people would pay for those, rather than go through the hassle of updating every single surface and material themselves.
• destroyed prison. We have a destroyed hospital. I'm actually looking for a destroyed prison for renders of my next book.

Flight suits. No sex body-clinging female only  suits with zippers perma-down. I want a real flight suit, suitable for a pilot. Also helmet and hoses, and goggles. Yeah, I can kitbash old stuff, but I want new stuff.

Sexy men's underwear. (hey there is a ton of lingerie, but hardly anything for the men).

Men's eyewear set. (again tons for the ladies, but not a lot for the gents)

Eyebrow customization tools for characters. 

Hairline products for men, so you can have sideburns, scalps, etc.

Medic poses and outfits.

Firehose which works

WIP, Unisex, non-clinging. Zipper may or may not actually work. Helmet and face mask planned.

Almost anything pirate themed.
I've bought 'Pirate Chest' and 'Pirates Accessories' and the ships are on my wishlist.
I need a ships deck, a captain's cabin, a port and a fort. I also need clothing, hats and accessories for pirates and imperial soldiers.
I know there is pirate stuff for genesis 2 and older. But because I recently started with 3D I only buy items for g3 with Iray materials.

 

Clothing for a medieval king. That is crown, sceptor, orb, cape and outfit for a king. Some of it can be found elsewere, but that is typically old or crappy or full of irrelevant items. I need an updated genesis 3 version

yes its interesting there is no King Henry the eight style clothing etc, The ermine stole,  medallions etc, I would have thought that would be popular in renders of debauchery and feasting in the many medieval sets.

modern naval ships (I saw a request for an aircraft carrier, my only concern would be sheer size of the model

For your WW2 stuff, there was an artist, and those from the OLD contentparadise may remember the vendors name, but he did a LOT of WW2 aircraft and tanks...I remember it because he did a model of a H6K-Kawanashi "Mavis" aircraft I wanted, they also had tanks etc.  The problem was they were in 3D Studio Max.

The thing is military models (esp aircraft, ships) cater to a smaller niche, and to accurately represent them requires time, research, etc.  For that level of model, I would think that would be broadcast quality, and thus, cost a fortune (long time ago, I saw an awesome model of the IJN Battleship Yamato, parts moved, etc, but it was over $1K.)

Point is, the models are out there, you need to search for them, and then decide what parts are you willing to sacrafice for said model (do you want it rigged, and if so, to what level)
