Does "Other Import Formats" have a corresponding "C: drive" location?

Does "Other Import Formats" have a corresponding "C: drive" location? Or, is "Other Import Formats" some kind of "virtual" folder that exists only within DS?

It dosn't havbe a default location - you can use whatever you wish. It is for files DS can import that aren't Poser format, so pick a location you use for those.
