OpenGL 1.3... Eh?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi all,

Just reinstalled Daz 4.9 onto the PC I just upgraded to Win8.1 and Daz won't load saying it requires OpenGL 1.3 and I've only got 1.1 but all the GFX drivers are up to date and I haven't had this before, any clues... Anyone?
