Carrara 8.5 Pro for $27? Could this mean?

What I hope?   Usually the offering of current software at a lower price before the upgrade?

That is such a stretch that it'll give Plastic Man and Mister Fantastic, connected by each other's elbows, stretched their entire length limit, to shame...but I've had my fingers crossed for years now.

    Daz has being doing this for a few years now.... get some arthritic drugs to ease the pain when uncrossing your fingers crying

    Nah, it was this price last month too (actually even cheaper if you're PC+). Just means March Madness has started a day or two early.

    carrara has been "suicidated", if you stop the development you don't have enough revenues and make clearance sales sad crying

    I sure hope they're thinking of releasing an update.  We've been waiting so long!  Carrara is my absolute favorite software, so I try to remain hopeful.

    Well, the Octane render Carrara plugin costs >500$ is you want a high price...
    It also needs a good graphics card, making it even more expensive.
    It is frequently updated too...
