Sounds like an excellent idea me. However, Howie has hinted in the past that some scenes are easier than others to port across.

ahh, I see. Noboby cares. So I don't expect it to happen. Why should Howie invest energy into this project, when (allmost) nobody shows agrees?

That's not what was said. Just because nobody has commented doesn't mean its a bad idea. And quite honestly, the guy that made the original should know how easy or hard it will be to make it work properly with a different render engine than what it was designed for, which is all that alexhcowley was trying to say.

No, I was not responding to alexhcowley here. I'm quite thankful, that he (and also you) responded at all. (sometimes it feels like being on a whole lot of ignore lists)

I would go for it.  I have Secret Lake and it is really amazing.  A Studio version would be useful.
