Conforming is not conforming

When I move this g3m with the active pose tool or via the transforms in the parameters tab, the Dragoh outfit unconforms. (See picture). How do I handle this. Also when I move with the active pose tool the mesh goes all spikey most most of the time it seems to come back to normal.

  • Here is an example of the wonkadoodle mesh.

  • I'm not seeing either of these in DS 4.9.3.166 using a base Genesis 3 Male.

  • That is what I am using. I just replaced my graphics card. Could that cause a problem?

  • I am using Daz Studi 4.9.3.166 with two genesis models in the scene.

  • I wouldn't think so.

  • I merged two scenes would that cause problems? Is there some kind of fix for this?

That's a little bizarre. Some questions: has the "fit to" option been enabled for the outfit? (it usually is by default) If so, what exactly is it fitted to? The root node of the figure, or some other node (body part)? The head, perhaps? I'm just guessing here. Also, has the garment been parented? If so, to what? (the first picture would suggest that the garment hasn't been parented and therefore isn't following the figure's pose) Has a smoothing modifier been applied? If so, what is it set to collide with? Collision can sometimes cause some odd behaviour depending on the pose and the collision settings.

  • Try selecting the clothing and then go to Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Pose in case there's a pose applied to the clothing..
