MRL Mutations for G3F/V7

Does anyone know where I can find a user's guide for this? I tried using the button for the online manual that comes with it, and all I get is a blank screen.

The link gos to a PDF file - is your browser usually able to display PDFs?

I know it goes to a pdf, and my browser displays them without a problem.
