As always, more or less, figure set-up in Studio 4.5, final render in Bryce 7. A few textures played around with to make them more Bryce friendly. No postwork save for addition of signature and copyright date. For anyone wondering, the background picture (courtisy of the National Park Service and copyright by them) was taken in Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I've been there many, many times, but have never been fortunate enough to catch a rainbow after a spring shower.

The Contest: My Pet knows the best Trick. Your pet, dog, pony, dragon or anything that could be a pet needs to show off his best trick for all to see.

Rules:
#1.This one is going to be EASY, only one (1) item in the render needs to be a free item but must be used as a MAJOR part of the render. Example: A stage, or the Hoops it jumps through or the items it juggles are just a few things that pop to mind. As long as it is a main part of the render it will be fine.

#2.The Words Pet's Trick needs to be in the title.

#3.The contest will run from NOW until Mid-Night DAZ time next Friday the 25th.

#4. Only one (1) entry per person will count. If you do two or more renders only the LAST entry will count in the contest.

The Prize: A $5 GC to the winner. As picked by the Judges.
If any others would like to offer a prize of any type just PM me and I will add it to the post.

I like it! I like the short story with it, too! I'm impressed with your wood floor texture, by the way! I can only see one duplication of the pattern. That's really good for such a large area. I often see highly repeated patterns in this kind of thing.

Naw, Boston's owners pulled him from ShareCG a while back and moved him to their private site. If you check my 2nd entry, the girl with the pony...I didn't, because I forgot about it already...the link is there.

The hooters come with native P6 (I think it's P6) shaders, but since the final render was done in Bryce 7 (as always) I had to replace the shaders with native Bryce materials. The top of the stand had a .jpg texture, but I had to replace the missing one for the metal legs. Sorry 'bout that. I should have mentioned that earlier. Your mileage may vary...

NOTICE!....

Sorry I have not been in here lately. Been busy in real life with an injury I received on my left ankle. I opened a carosel of new DVDs, 100 count, and took one out...then I screwed the top part back on, but it didn't screw on correctly and when I let the bottom go, the carosel fell out with all 99 DVDS and landed at an angle on my left ankle. The edges of the discs are very sharp like a knife blade, and it cut off a huge hunk of my skin...about three layers deep. Completely cut it off. I had to go to the hospital and have it attended to. The pain I was in all last week was tremendous. The bandages stick to the open wound and it kills me to have to tear them off to replace then daily. Just so much pain...some of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I contacted the store I bought them from and they inspected the carosel and said it was find, that it was my careless mistake....and it was. I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing.

So, a heads up to you folks...be careful when dealing with large bundles of discs, the are heavy and will cut you to the bone if dropped on you.

I WANT TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE A HOST LINED UP FOR FEBRUARY! WE NEED SOMEONE.
