Kids4 Bambini kids Clothes materials don't work, why?

Since i moved to Genesis 2 i haven't used M4 or V4 or kids 4.  But since i don't have kids i decided to go back to K4 kids. I bought the Bambini Boys and Gilrs clothes and they don't change the texture of the clothes when i click the material icons . Why?

    Are you sure you have the right item selected? I do have those, somewhere, so if you could give an example (item picked, material applied) I can see what happens for me.

    Yeah i have the right item selected. But i just settled in selecting the texture by hand( in the Surfaces tab) cause those Material buttons don't w ork
