in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I've just bought Toon Generations 2 Mega Bundle for Genesis 3 Female(s) and Male(s) and loaded into Daz 4.9 via DIM.  But when I open a figure it is and remains a G3 nomatter how I alter the shaping dials.  Can anyone please tell me where I'm going wrong?
