I had a moment to start working on a new render this weekend, which is crazy considering my weekend!

Lol you aren't suppose to tell us that!  You should be saying, oh yeah that's definitely exacltly what I look like in real life!

Not sure what part failed on the other one...

NIce render with the T-Rex.  He's still on my wishlist.  I love the one with the girl standing there and her hair all blowing behind her as he roars.  :)  Wonderful.  I did get that nail system, too.  I'm still trying to figure it out.  I ended up just going with one of the presets for my first time with it.  It should be an interesting tool if I can figure it out.

I'm with Sonja, don't tell us what it isn't.  Claim thorough success!  ;)  It does look pretty good even if it isn't precisely what you had in mind.

I am still making subtle changes with this one. I want to make a strip starting with this image, I Think. Now I need to employ those SY Breast helpers to get rid of the odd foldering of the shirt.

BTW, T-Rex is indeed awesome. So glad I got that one!

The girl character featured in these images is a person who works in the same office I really don't work with or even know really. She walked by when I was working on one of my team mates FaceGen characters and started asking about it. I think I may have recruited her to Daz Studio because she was very interested in having a character of herself. We'll see if the passion sticks! You're welcome Daz3D.

I second that notion. I'd even be willing to accept that in store credit!

A little experiment with some new things. New to me at least.

You know, as a kid, the blob gave me nightmares for days.....

I'm going to try this one again with an inner glow and lower lights on the outside. This was really just a proof of concept to make sure the slime creature shader was translucent enough. Yeah, The Blob was horrifying, no doubt!

I've precisely 2 weeks to go on this current contract and if I experience any downtime, I'm kicking off a render mission to use all of the things I've purchased the last 4 months while on said contract! Be afraid. Be very afraid!

Lol I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with. I'm currently buckling down and trying to finish my clothing conversions that I started and then I need to continue to try and do one render a day of each character I have.  i also just picked up the dynamic cloth program from VDW at that other place (killer price if you don't have it) and the bridge for Studio and need to learn that as well.As well as continue to work on modelling and texturing.  I just need a second me.  A drone to go to work while I stay home with Daz.
