Genesis 3 undress poses with clothing

I could really use more undress and dressing poses. Such as... Putting on a tie, pulling on socks, etc. I realize there are a few poses here an there, but nothing specifically designed for dressing your characters. Male poses especially. Thanks.

You'll have to convert them but there are M4 & V4 dress and undress aniblocks. Also aniblocks for mundane activities and uh, a bit more embarassing activites too; althose those activities are mundane too. Just don't be angry (teasing) if they aren't too your satisfaction as I've actionally only played with the dance, emotion, and office activitiy aniblocks and not the aniblocks I'm telling you about. Oh, also some sports activies and for your action heroes that sort of thing too.

Hi Serene Night, Are you refering to dressing/undressing poses for the character figure or the clothing iself? nonesuch00's suggestion is for M4/V4 figures. For clothing items, you currently need specifically made poses for each clothing item. It is possible to make some of these yourself using features like D-formers in DAZ Sudio or mesh brushes in programs like Poser and Zbrush (to name a couple). Some PA's do include dressing/undressing morphs with their clothing items, but sadly not that many.

The other alternative is to use dynamic clothing and allow gravity (mixed with some morphs) to do the job. Currently DS offers only the Optitex system of dynamic clothing and this only works with items specifically designed for the Optitex system.

You can try using Poser. In the Poser Cloth Room, there is the ability to convert almost any object to cloth. It works well for many clothing items but not all depending on how they are constructed (items made of multiple unattached parts tend to fall apart under the effect of gravity, as you may have noticed ;) )

Perhaps you can ask DAZ3d if they are going to introduce a more general dynamic clothing system to DS.

Well I hear VWFD is better than dynamic clothing which ignores collision with the model bodies unless you put the character in a T-pose before hand, making dynamic clothing pretty useless except for dropping it in a heap on the floor.

Thanks. I'm a genesis 3 user DAZ user, so would prefer clothing and poses designed for gen 3 characters and that platform. And yes, I would like morphs for the clothing and poses to correspond with those morphs. Such as unzipping a dress, unzipping pants etc.

OK, sorry to go off topic, you were talking more about poses anyway.
