Content Library headaches

Since day 1 I tried to find a good way to store and find back my content. With the aid of DIM I managed to get it sorted and I only needed to install stuff by hand that I bought in other stores.
Now there is DAZ Connect and since its launch, I am unable to get my Library in good working order again.
My biggest headache now, is that many of the content that I have installed with DIM, is shown as not there and DAZ Connect wants me to install it.
And yes, everything is added in the content directory manager :)
Why is DS loosing track of where my stuff is since DAZ connect has been launched?

(I also tried the whole content DB manager with re-importing meta data and all of the other things I could find in Google and here on the forums)

Please post screenshots hsowing the current folders for Content Directory Manager in DS and the Installation tab of DIM's preferences (gear icon at top-right). Were you using Valentina or PostgreSQL for the Content Managemenbt Service before installing 4.9?
